What is the best month to visit Mexico?
We recommend heading to Mexico during the dry season between December and April, when there is virtually no rain. The coolest months are between December and February, although temperatures can still reach averages of 28°C during this time. The wet season begins in the south in May and lasts until October.
What do I need to know about traveling to Mexico for the first time?

We recommend only drinking bottled water while in Mexico and avoiding water straight from the tap. Although the water is clean enough and is purified to some extent, the distribution system might contaminate the water on the way to your tap, so best to stick to bottled!
What is the cheapest month to visit Mexico?
Mexico’s “low” season is from the day after Easter to mid-December, when prices may drop up to 50%. In beach destinations popular with travelers, prices generally revert to high season during July and August, the traditional national summer vacation period.
When should I avoid Mexico?
It’s best to reconsider your travel to Mexico during Hurricane Season, which generally takes place between June and November, with a higher likelihood of storms from August to October. Fortunately, though, hurricanes are rare.
