Our vehicles are comfortable and clean. You will travel in our luxury 8 seat, hybrid vehicle, with comfy seats, air conditioning, video, easy to get in and out of. &nbsp;We think it&rsquo;s the best tour vehicle in Byron Bay.

We do offer walking and driving tours and can cater to people with a variety of disabilities. Please ask us if you have any special requirements.

As we go in search&nbsp;of nocturnal wildlife, instead of wielding a torch we will be&nbsp;incognito, wearing special night-vision goggles so that we can be&nbsp;less intrusive and connected with what is going on around us.&nbsp;This military-grade technology allows you&nbsp;to see animals as they interact in their natural environment.&nbsp;Seeing the forest in the dark can be an enlightening experience.&nbsp;

Joined by your passionate guide and wildlife expert,&nbsp;learn&nbsp;all about the behaviours of the animals&nbsp;you&nbsp;see. Nights with less moonlight offer the best conditions and on a typical night,&nbsp;you will see five species. Some of the regular sightings include possums, pademelons, bandicoots, tawny frogmouths, leaf-tailed geckos, bush rats, microbats and frogs.&nbsp;

While we do our very best to give you a great experience,&nbsp;we are dealing with nature so we cannot guarantee animal sightings.&nbsp;After your walk, gaze up at the starry night while you&nbsp;enjoy a hot chocolate. The perfect way to end this intimate nature experience.

Refund Policy: Refunds will be given at the discretion of The Operator. All requested refunds or cancellations must be received in writing, either via email or post. In the case of adverse weather conditions or any other environmental condition which may prevent a trip (including Park closure), a suitable alternative date will first be attempted by both parties. If an alternative date can not be found, a full refund will be issued. If you cancel with more than 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled trip date The Operator will issue a full refund. If you cancel 48-24 hours prior to the scheduled trip date, The Operator will issue a 50% refund.&nbsp;If you cancel within 24 hours or&nbsp;are a &quot;no show&quot;, no refund will be issued. Although every reasonable attempt will be made for participants to observe animals, we are dealing with the natural world and therefore there will be no guarantees of animal sightings except where specifically stated.

Booking Policy: 1. Full payment must be made at the time of booking. 2. In the case of adverse weather conditions or any other environmental condition which may prevent a trip (including Park closure), a suitable alternative date will first be attempted by both parties. If an alternative date can not be found a full refund will be issued. 3. All participants will be required to sign a form to release claims to waiver liability and assumption of risk. Parents or guardians will need to sign forms on behalf of participants under 18 years of age. 4. The Operator reserves the right to refuse admission to participants who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs (this is for your safety). If a participant has been excluded for intoxication a suitable alternative date will be attempted by both parties, if no suitable date can be found, NO REFUND will be offered. 5. All participants agree to follow the instructions of The Operator&#39;s guides at all times. 6. Anyone&nbsp;found maliciously harming the park or equipment in any way, will be excluded from the trip at the nearest possible exit point and will be reported to the authorities. NO REFUND will be given. 7. Although every reasonable attempt will be made for participants to observe animals, we are dealing with the natural world and therefore there will be no guarantees of animal sightings except where specifically stated. 8. Concession is any pensioner or student with a valid card. A child is a person aged between 10-17. Concessions must show their valid card at pick up. 9. The night vision experience is not recommended for people with epilepsy.
