Sirromet is a family-owned and run winery situated at picturesque Mount Cotton, just a short drive from Brisbane and the Gold Coast. The state of the art facilities offers food and wine lovers the ultimate winery experience.&nbsp;

&nbsp;

This package is a wonderful choice for visitors to Sirromet. It gives guests the opportunity to go behind the scenes and take a look at the full-scale operation of the working winery, learning&nbsp;about how the award-winning Sirromet wines are created.&nbsp;Utilising traditional methods and new technology, Sirromet produces exquisite quality wines recognised on the world stage.

&nbsp;

The tour includes a walk&nbsp;around the property and through production areas to give you a complete understanding of the operations. This can include walking up and down steep inclines, stairs, and obstacles as to be expected within a working winery, so make sure you wear closed in shoes that are good for walking.&nbsp;

&nbsp;

Afterwards, enjoy a private wine tasting of a selection of Sirromet&rsquo;s most highly awarded wines, not usually available to the public. These premium, award-winning wines include the wild yeast fermented Le Sauvage range and Private Collection LM Assemblage.
